The resource
Our mineral resource has been confirmed at 161 million at 0.54% lithium oxide - this is the largest reported in the UK, and one of the largest in Europe! This will allow our project to last for over 30 years, producing around 21,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate every year.
A responsible project
We are working to the strictest guidelines in mining from IMRA, ensuring best practice both environmentally and socially.
Low impact
Operating on Imerys land, with our lithium resource located in an old kaolin pit, we can make use of existing mining infrastructure and expertise - while keeping the impact on the local community to a minimum.
